The name “Emerald Moon” was inspired by my love of healing crystals, as well as the natural flow of nature. From The Crystal Bible: A Definitive Guide to Crystals by Judy Hall: “Emerald is a stone of inspiration and infinite patience. It is a life-affirming stone with great integrity. Known as the ‘stone of successful love,’ it brings domestic bliss and loyalty. It enhances unity, unconditional love, and partnership and promotes friendship. Emerald keeps a partnership in balance…Emerald gives the strength of character to overcome the misfortunes of life…It enhances the ability to enjoy life to the fullest.” How could you not be inspired by this stone? All of these traits are necessary for a fulfilled life and successful relationships (and homesteading)!

 

The moon guides all parts of our lives and influences tides, seasons, and animal behavior (including humans). Everything is cyclical, like the phases of the moon – birth, life, death; the wheel of the year; planting, growing, and harvest. Together these symbols bring strength and clarity to our home (and my heart) and serve as a reminder to dance under the stars and the full moon.
